Important: This document contains important information about your rights and responsibilities as a kaya100 member. Please read this document carefully in its entirety. Continued use of the kaya100 platform means you have read, understood and agreed to all terms stated below.
1Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and kaya100 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kaya100 platform at kaya100.win, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all Terms stated in this document.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. kaya100 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and notice will be provided via the platform.
- These Terms apply to all services provided by kaya100, including Casino, Sports, Slots, Fish Shooting, and Arcade.
- The latest version of these Terms is always available on the kaya100 website.
- Continued use after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2Account Eligibility
To register and use the kaya100 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years at the time of registration. kaya100 enforces a zero-tolerance policy against underage gambling.
- Location: You are responsible for ensuring that use of the kaya100 platform is legal in your location.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- One account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) kaya100 account. Holding multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
- Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful.
Warning: Any attempt to register by an underage individual or using false information is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.
3Account Registration & KYC Process
Kaya100 conducts a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the safety of all members and comply with industry standards. This process is mandatory and you agree to cooperate fully.
- Registration details: You are required to provide your full name, date of birth, active phone number and a valid email address during registration.
- Identity verification: A valid identity document (MyKad or passport) is required for the KYC verification process.
- Address verification: Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement) may be required during the KYC process.
- Password confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Email/phone verification: New accounts require verification via email or phone number before they can be fully used.
Kaya100 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe. Any balance remaining in such accounts will be handled in accordance with kaya100's internal policy.
4Deposits & Payment Methods
Kaya100 offers a range of secure deposit methods integrated with Malaysia's banking system:
- DuitNow (instant processing)
- FPX – all major Malaysian banks (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong and others)
- Touch 'n Go eWallet

The minimum deposit is MYR 10 and the maximum depends on your chosen payment method. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden charges from kaya100.
Important note: Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. kaya100 does not accept third-party deposits.
5Withdrawal of Funds
Kaya100 is committed to processing your withdrawals quickly and transparently. The following withdrawal conditions apply:
- Identity verification: Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification.
- Minimum limit: The minimum withdrawal is MYR 30.
- Withdrawal methods: Funds may only be withdrawn to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as your kaya100 account.
- Processing time: Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days upon completion of verification.
- Bonus wagering requirement: Any balance consisting of bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal until that requirement is fulfilled.
- Multiple withdrawals: kaya100 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals that exceed the daily limit or involve unusual activity.
6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotions offered by kaya100 are subject to specific terms that must be met before a withdrawal can be made. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those terms.
- Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has a wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a deposit bonus with a 20x requirement means you must wager 20 times the bonus value before a withdrawal can be made.
- One bonus at a time: You may not claim two overlapping bonuses at the same time unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
- Validity period: Each bonus has a validity period that must be observed. Expired bonuses will not be extended.
- Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute at a different rate.
- Bonus abuse: kaya100 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated wins if there are signs of bonus abuse or fraud.

7Game Rules & Results
All games available on the kaya100 platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by an accredited third party, ensuring fairness and transparency in every game outcome.
- Final decision: Any outcome determined by the game system is final and may not be disputed, except in cases of confirmed technical failure.
- Connection interruption: kaya100 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end. If a game is interrupted, the system will resolve it based on the last recorded state.
- Software error: In the event of a technical error or software failure that affects game results, kaya100 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the player.
- System records: In any dispute, kaya100's system records shall be considered valid and conclusive evidence.
8Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kaya100 platform and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:
- Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play or interact with the platform
- Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes
- Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
- Registering multiple accounts to manipulate promotions or bonuses
- Fraudulently abusing the chargeback or payment reversal process
- Providing false information or concealing your true identity
- Any attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the system
- Harassing or threatening kaya100 staff or other members
Kaya100 cooperates with relevant authorities and reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the appropriate bodies.
9Account Closure & Suspension
Kaya100 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period
- Member-initiated self-exclusion request
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected by the security system
- Instructions from legal authorities

10Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by law, kaya100 shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses incurred as a result of wagering activity on the platform
- Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance
- Indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform
- Actions by third parties, including payment providers or game providers

11Amendment of Terms and Conditions
